I need to clarify this I did buy one last December but never again would I consider buying a vehicle from this dealership. The question below ask if I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I cannot stress enough to everyone to please please do not purchase a car from this dealership. Took it to Walters and was Treated with respect they found out immediately that it was the front left axle. So people please do not purchase a car from this dealership. The offer they made me was a an absolute insult. Tried to trade it for a new one because it isn’t even a year old yet with only 4000 miles on it. They have no reguard for a persons safety. They told me to keep driving it until it completely tore up and then bring it back that they didn’t know what was wrong with it. When you would give it gas it would vibrate you to death. I was having trouble out of my brand new Lincoln Mkc. I will never buy another car at the dealer shop ever again I most certainly would never recommend this dealersgip to any one. I will testify under oath the facts I have have stated and I hope that if you have had a problem with his dealer that you also act in good faith to protect your community. I will also be initiating a formal complaint with the state to revoke this dealers license in an effort to further protect the public. They just lowered the price by about 1500 dollars Tomorrow I will be initiating a Criminal Complaint of Wonton Endangerment in the first degree with the Perry County Sheriffs Office and I have absolute proof at this moment that they don't care about the dangers they are creating by selling a car unfit to drive because the car is still for sale. Again this vehicle will Kill someone by means of mechanical failure all in the name of profit. Since I left this dealer today the vehicle has been lowered in price but the public is still being preyed upon. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to even apologize my my inconvenience. Then the Salesman tried the bait and switch move. When I parked it, I looked underneath and saw that the rear frame was rotted in several places and the rear axle was not properly connected and falling out. I never got out of the parking lot because I KNEW the vehicle was unsafe for public road use. So with my wife beside me I went to test drive it. When I got there Wes the salesman met me outside and handed me the key and asked me if I would like to test drive it before I signed the papers. A short while later the salesman named Wes called me back and stated that the drivers were unavailable do to some insurance issue?">huh> and that I would need to come and pick the vehicle up. Today ,Over the Phone I purchased a 2007 Ford Escape for 4700 dollars plus fees to be delivered to my home. This dealer KNOWING Created Serious Risk of Injury or Death by selling a vehicle that they themselves were AFRAID to drive According to Kentucky law, "A person is guilty of wanton endangerment in the first degree when, under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life, he wantonly engages in conduct which creates a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person.
